Cancellation Policy
All orders are processed immediately upon receipt (within
36 hours). If you wish to cancel your order, it will be subject
to a 10% cancellation fee. If your order has been shipped
already, it will be treated as a return. Personalized items
cannot be cancelled if your order has already been sent to
the printers.

At www.nelegance.com we are proud to offer only the very best
quality for your special occasion. However, if you are not
110% happy or completely satisfied with your gift basket,
please contact us by e-mail at info@nelegance.com within 7
days of receiving it for return authorization. Understandably,
please note that shipping charges, special orders, food items
(candies, chocolates), personalized items are non-refundable.
Any shipping related duties and taxes incurred will be deducted
from your refund. Unauthorized returns and refused orders
will not be accepted for refunds. Please pack the item in
its original packaging (unused and unconsumed) and send back
to us by US AIR MAIL, shipping pre-paid by you. Clearly mark
on the box "RETURN TO VENDOR". Do not use any private
couriers, such as Fedex or UPS. Upon receipt of the return,
we will then credit your VISA or MasterCard, Discover or American
Express Card for the merchandise only. We reserve the right
to refuse returns that are not sent back within 2 weeks of
authorization.
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your gift basket

Credit card payments
We know that gift expenses add up quickly, so please ensure
that your credit card's limit will be sufficient for your
order. We cannot be responsible for overdraft charges. If
your card is declined we will attempt to contact you up to
3 times, twice by e-mail, then once by phone. If we do not
receive a response, we cannot be held liable for the order.
Can I pay with personal checks?
We do not accept personal checks. Currently we accept only
Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

Shipping Methods: Delivery
time ranges from 5-7 working days depending on availability
of products and method of shipping, chosen by the customer.
If the items are in stock, they are shipped immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: Saturday and Sunday are not considered business
days.
IN USA: we offer Fedex Ground (up to 5 business days), Fedex
3 day, Fedex 2 day. We also use US Postal Service to ship
to PO boxes and small parcels.
INTERNATIONAL: via US Postal Service to your country's mail
service or via Fedex. We are not responsible for any customs,
duties or taxes or any delays due to customs clearance.
PLEASE ORDER IN ADVANCE.
If the products are on back-order, we will inform you of
the expected delivery time by e-mail. Your credit card will
be charged only when your order is shipped. If your items
are a special order, your card will be charged immediately.
PS if you ordered a PERSONALIZED ITEM, please remember that
it takes 5-10 days to print, PLUS SHIPPING TIME
How
are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping
fees are calculated by weight of your package and by volumetric
weight on larger items. Shipping fees also include the price
of the box and protective shipping materials. Any taxes
are paid by the customer.
How are sales tax calculated?
If your order is shipping to USA or International, you will
not pay any sales tax.
Best delivery address: For the shipping address, please
provide an address where someone will be able to sign for
the package upon arrival. We prefer to ship to a work or
business address. DO NOT PUT YOUR HOME ADDRESS AS THE SHIPPING
ADDRESS, IF YOU WILL NOT BE HOME.
To ensure that your order arrives on time for your big day,
we recommend to order as early as possible. We ship every
package with care and attention to your wedding date. NELEGANCE
will not be liable for any packages that arrive late due
to shipping problems that arise with our couriers and the
US Postal system, war, terrorist attacks or "Acts of
God" such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, snow
storms etc. |
